How will the competition be?

Step 1.

FIRST STEP OF JUDGING WILL BE BASED ON YOUR TECHNICAL POINTS.

IN THE FIRST STEP OF JUDGING TO FIND FINALISTS ( COUNTRY WINNERS ) YOUR ENTRY WILL EVALUATED FOR TECHNICAL POINTS BY YOUR CATEGORY JUDGES, WHICH ARE.
GENERAL IMPRESSION, PRESENTATION AND DISPLAY, CREATIVITY, DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY AND EXECUTION OF TECHNIQUES WILL BE THE KEY POINTS THAT JUDGES WILL EVALUATE ABOUT YOUR ENTRY THROUGH YOUR PHOTOS.

ALL FIVE CRITERIA WILL BE CALCULATED MAX 20 POINTS EACH, YOUR TOTAL CAN BE MAX 100 POINTS FROM EACH JUDGE. YOUR FINAL TECHNICAL SCORE WILL CALCULATED FROM ALL JUDGES TOTAL DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF JUDGES OF YOUR CATEGORY.

Step 2.

SECOND STEP OF JUDGING WILL BE BASED ON WOW FACTOR.

IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO BE A FINALIST (COUNTRY WIN), YOUR ENTRY, WILL BE EVALUATE BY THE REST OF THE JUDGES EXCEPT YOUR CATEGORY JUDGES, ACCORDING TO WOW FACTOR.

WOW SCORE, CAN BE MAX 100 POINTS FROM OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE ENTRY. FINAL SCORES TO FIND OUT THE CAKE STAR OF EACH CATEGORY, WILL BE CALCULATED BY TECHNICAL POINTS + WOW POINTS.

Rules for your entry!

Please read carefully!

There should be at least four flowers in the arrangement. 4 stages of flowers must be seen. These stages, a fully opened flower, a half open flower, buds and a wilted flower, the rest of the flowers can be made as desired. There is no height limitation. The materials to be used in the production phase of the flowers should be sugar paste or flower paste. Rıce Paste, Bean Paste, Cold Porcelain, Buttercream, Gelatin etc. flowers made using materials will be excluded from the evaluation. Various containers can be used for arrangement and presentation. All the Inner Material or the materials used in the Center must be natural and provide integrity in the general appearance. All real flowers and leaves must be specified in the explanations to be sent by e-mail. If the Judges deem it necessary, they may ask for a photograph of every technique used in the competition product, or they may even want to see the infrastructure of the product itself. ​You must send a brief explanation of techniques and descriptions of materials and the tools used for  the work is required. All work must be new and done by the competitor.

All competitors are welcome to post all their works after the competition. Any posting of the works before judgement will result of disqualifying the competitor. The works of all competitors may be published by BYBORA on social media accounts for advertising purposes. Any copyrights etc. for photos will not be given.
